Briggs & Stratton Facility Produces 70 Millionth Small Gasoline Engine

GasBuddy Blog -- Briggs & Stratton Corporation recently announced that it has produced its 70 Millionth small engine at its Murray, Kentucky facility. I used a Briggs & Stratton engine when I built my first go cart in 1957. 30 years later I used the same engine to build a new go cart for my sons.

That is great but the push mower type is pre set at the factory where it runs the same speed (fast) all the time. It sure burns up allot of gas that way.

Even as a Canuck, I'm happy about that ... I have been pleased with a couple of Briggs engines that have done well for me over the years.

Briggs & Stratton has been around a long time as have I. I believe in them more than any foreign make. Well done!

We need more USA success stories like this. The best way is to reward success, not to reward failure.
