What do you know about Oliver's Foothill Gas? I looked on Streetview and didn't see the state-mandated price signs. Is there no mid because they are out or don't sell it? The MSL shows the station Deleted - Duplicate. What's up?

You're so right. Greed is persisting big time. It's those lobbyists and speculators.

Have you noticed? The moderators have changed their minds and now want the lower cash price posted.

"Bachmann: If elected, gas prices would fall to less than $2 per gallon
By Michael O'Brien and Ben Geman - 08/17/11 12:58 PM ET

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) vowed Tuesday that, in her presidency, gasoline prices would fall back to less than $2 per gallon.

Bachmann, speaking to a town-hall meeting in South Carolina, said she would pursue energy policies that send pump prices down to levels not seen since early 2009, at the thick of the U.S. recession. ??

“Under President Bachmann you will see gasoline come down below $2 per gallon again,” she said in Greenville. “That will happen.”

I agree with your post on the UAW. Michigan and Detroit in particular can thank them for their current state of affairs. I'm a state manager in IL and our state unions are the downfall of government. I see the need for someone to help those employees that are exploited but when thye defend the slackers and impede innovation and technology upgrades because the effeciency may displace a worker, that is plain nuts. Please be a Buddy.
