Funny, I used to do quite a bit of photography myself, worked as a page layout and design guy as well as doing graphics work and taking care of the computers on top of it all.

"The fee will certainly be passed on to the consumer. But if it makes things safer, it might be worth it." This is a paradoxical answer as it's both Yes and NO! The pipeline is better and safer and less expensive, but that's not what they're going to do, to make it less expensive. They can make it a bit safer with rail than they have it, but we're going to pay more for oil, the by-products, gas, diesel, NG, ethanol, heating oil, clothing, food, etc. Just factor in another 10% or more because eventually, they're going to get gas back up to not only $3 but $4, $5 and $6 a gallon and bread will be $5 or more per loaf and eggs the same price or more per dozen just for an example, but your wages won't be up by much if any. Some people still haven't had a raise in the last two to 11 years, just like the people where I work at didn't have one until now, and they went four to 11 years without a raise.

If you go back here to this topic, and scoll down just a bit until you see my post from May 3, 2015 4:35:39 PM, which is a general answer to you and others either talking about speculators or truly wondering if the price of oil or gas will go down. The thing to remember on the price of oil or gas, when it goes down, it's not going to stay there long or stay there forever as some people wish or think. The price will be down just a bit at some point here, but it's still going up for that matter overall. Most likely it's going to be up by your area before dropping. Here's the topic: http://www.tampagasprices.com/News_Page.aspx?id=101361&category=1357&topic=609841&page_no=0&ign=1
