Building refineries are the opposite of what they are doing, just this year they shut down 3 refineries around Philadelphia because they weren't "profitable enough". Unbelievable...

Yes, Duluth is a nice city. I loved the visit and got to photograph Split Rock Lighthouse. I hear that they just got flooded over the last week or so.
