I used to be Catholic and converted to another religion back in 98 when all the priest issues started coming out.
Because I was raised Catholic, I now see the control mechanisms that are used. Mary should be no more important than a person's dead Grandma. She was not immortal and was not without sin.

Also confession, a priest acts as a mediator and absolver of sins...not spiritually possible. Also, in the Catholic faith the body of Christ is for only specified believers. The body and blood of Christ is for all who believe, in truth.
Luther, with Reformation Process, also seen these same controls being used by the Catholic Church. He was surely a leader before his time.

The Catholic Church is just as any other Church with the way they trust in God as any other religion does. I see it as a Church. What are your thoughts on this? You asked us without explaining yourself. Why?
