My husband & I have very dry hands, they feel like sandpaper. We have tried every kind of hand cream & nothing helps. What do you use for very dry hands?

I just bought some O'Keeffe's--Working Hands at a Rural King store
and so far it seems to be doing the trick. I like the finger paste better than the creme..

I've had dry skin, on my hands, for years. A Dr. once told me that us "guy's" should stay away from lotions with Lanolin. Because of the different body chemistry men-women, Lanolin is ok for women, but not men. "Suave-Advanced Therapy" seems to work good for me. It's priced reasonable, and available about anywhere.

I really like Gold Bond lotions although it too is expensive. I purchase it on sale with a coupon. I have found that if you use lotions when your skin is still moist from showering or doing dishes, it works much easier than trying to penetrate tough dry skin.

My doctor recommends Aquaphor and Eucerin for severe dryness, but i've never tried them because their prices are so high!

Consistency of lotioning the entire body every day will stop that dryness.

Trying something for the feet now that was recommended by Dr Oz. Will report back if it works.

Welcome to Winter! I too have terribly dry hands and feet.. I alternate between Nexcare Advanced Kkin Cram, and Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. Both are Great, and work even better when I use one one day, and the other the next... Hope this helps..
