When Thatcher died, some twitter followers mistook nowThatchersdead to mean NowthatCHERSdead... if Kathy had her show I could just see her imitating Cher's reaction.

So 11:30pm is the permanant time. There was awhile there when I had tones of stuff on at 9 and 10 pm. Now its mostly dispersed, esp with the networks doing reruns. 11:30 is still live? Huh.

Kath needs to be banned from public appearances, she is a living example of what ails this country!

Hmm...apparently its attracting some haters. Joan Rivers I understand, but Betty White? Because to me she is more Sue Ann Nivens than Rose, but still, isn't Betty White kind of one of the national treasures lately? Also, I noticed KG said it was at 11:30 last Thurs to give her time to get back from Suzanne Somers' ranch.

She is rude, crude, vulgar! You do NOT have to be so vulgar to get a laugh. She lacks any degree of class. One can be funny without all the salty language. Would not waste time watching this low-call filthy pig....she belongs in the class of Joan Rivers and Betty White....it is no wonder you hear 8 year olds with that kind of language. Show some self-respect!!!!

I am watching now, but there are 5 programs on at 10 Thursday (ok, 4 but even with a Scandal rerun, GA still hogs part of the 10pm slot, making it impossible to transfer channels on the recorder without losing part of a show---annoying programmers!) Why is the reair not until 1:30am pacific time? Cant they put her in a time where shes not next to that horrid Patti Stanger? UGH!

Maggie in the hole! I didnt actually see that part on NYE until she showed a clip of it on her show. It wasnt bad as I imagined it was, guess I imagined her near it longer. She really does push the boundaries. At first I thought they were joking that her show is now 'LIVE' since last year it was all edited.

It was ok, but the description was more than actually covered, unless a lot was edited out. Beyond Scared Straight (which I have skipped), Theresa's crazy family at the reunion, Celine Dion, Mylie Cyrus, and Cher. Wanted more "Real Couples Therapy Beyond Scared Housewives"

Jan 3rd: "Kennedie Family On-Hers" 10pm pacific/eastern 'The Real Couples Therapy Beyond Scared Housewives.' Wonder when her show comes back? Thurs after that? I see the ads but never when its starting. The special sounds funny already.

There was a brief note on the left that said her latest special is July 25. It said the name too but I blinked and missed it.

SDM: I agree with you, her season was too short. Maybe Bravo was afraid to greenlight too many episodes before the "new format" was tried and true...In fact, I like the new format and catch myself singing the theme song to her show!

I just thought it ended (is ending) so soon. Never came up as ended. Now I guess if I did a search it would return her advice to Anderson Cooper (which is on Daily beast).

Just a season finale. She probably has commitments (shows on the road) she has to fulfill. She has a new boyfriend that she probably wants to spend time with too.

I was looking ahead online, and it said that Thurs is the Kathy finale. It did not say whether it was the season finale or series finale...I did not know talk shows had finite amount of episodes, so I am a bit confused by this. They seemed like they were starting know what they were doing, with the chyrons and pacing. Sigh...

I liked it, but it was very different. She skipped the monologue and the TV shows. But I guess when you have those guests on the couch, you want to spend time with them! I think she made Jane Fonda blush.

The show is getting better and finding it's way as it goes on. I'll give Kathy credit, how many people include their 91 year old mother on their show every week?

sdm: I know, when I saw that I was very disappointed. Here, I was watching them again (mainly for America's Most Wanted) and thought they were finally getting the hint that we're tired of the "cheesy programming".

And then I got the email from Lifetime titled "Tainted Love Movie Marathon All Weekend!" Before it was a 'network for women' it devoted itself to medicine and broadcast lots of surgeries... sorta like Grey's Anatomy without the acting. This was back in the '80's. I think they called it doctor TV and used to air lengthy prescription 'information' ads so doctors would prescribe them, on weekends. I must have been very bored in the '80's to watch those!!!

Yes, it was originally a channel designed for women. Always a female scorned, etc. types of shows. I never used to watch it because of that-made me feel that it was all cheesy.
I am pleased that they're trying to change their reputation, such as acquiring America's Most Wanted. Since they went there after Fox dumped them (dumb move by Fox), the show is aired more than once a week and older shows are repeated too. It seems like John Walsh's show is nabbing more of the bad guys than they used to since the channel change.

They bleep the Daily Show and its on at 11pm. I think the FCC still comes down hard on that, it is basic cable.

I watched her talk show for the first time this past Thursday...missed the first one. IMHO she should not quit her day job. I think she makes a better comic than a talk show host. Besides I hate watching shows where practically the whole thing is nothing but bleeps. Sheesh as far as I know Bravo cannot be tuned in unless you have cable. If that is the case, why all the bleeps? BTW I love Kathy and think she is a brilliant comic. But talk show host...eh not so much.
