have a 1989 TB that was leaking and have had an anti shudder additive put in with the trani oil

if you car is rwd for a fluty trorqe converter if your problem take it trans shop go to any auto parts store buy lucas stop slip have leave one quart out this will get rid of problem ford will not make good problem
this stuff is great i told 58,000 i need rebuild i change fuild 15000 miles i now have 154,000

Ford's are notorious for having that shutter problem, all of mine have had it at some point. I installed transmission coolers on my Lincolns and my Ford, and have the transmission flushed every 30000 miles, this has helped. They do make a product for this shutter problem, although I cannot remember what it is called.
