A college student in a Camry blew a stop sign and smashed into a parked Chevy Volt at high speed, completely totalling it. Totaled Volt does not catch fire.

The volt was parked & turned off. How much gas was in the Volt's tiny gas tank? Where did the Camry hit the Volt? These are viable questions....
