>> I don't know if this is the proper place to contact
No, it's not. Like reporting that you didn't get your newspaper delivery to 911.

Welcome to GB. The GasBuddy Master Station List does not have a phone number for this Shell station-- but Google is your friend. As Plastic noted below, a quick internet search finds at least two phone numbers: the one he posted, and 503-661-1244, and others depending on which search facility one uses.
Hopefully you kept the receipt, and it should have a phone number along with the station's name & address. If the charge is not corrected soon please contact your credit card company about it.

Here- just because I was teasing you...
Give them a call at (541) 928-5322. I got that number from the yellow pages on line.

Post your credit card number, expiration date, the name as it appears on the front, the three digit security code from the back and your billing zip code.
But seriously, this is not the place to talk to someone about it. Try looking them up on line and give them a call. If that doesn't work then document the conversation and contact your credit card company for help.

When I use my credit card just about anyway(Circle K mainly)....it gets swiped for either $100 or $250 depending on how much gas I actually buy. Gas stations often put through the pending transaction at a higher amount. Check back on your online credit card site in a day or two and when the pending transaction turns current, the actual amount you bought will show as the charge. I learned this after contacting American Express when they implemented showing pending transactions online, after I saw a pending one for $250 when I only bought $45 worth.
