Yes, of course they can be posted. It's better that you do.

Posting gas prices for China? China Town in San Francisco, in New York, or somewhere else?

Gas_Buddy,
I can't see any prices with your link. In addition, I'm going to China this summer, is there a place where I can post those prices?

ziyulu: For Mexico, gas prices can be posted on the following link: Prices posted on Gas Buddy for Mexico
As you obviously know, Gas Buddy websites are only for states, provinces, and metro areas in the United States and Canada, I assumed you asked about posting gas prices for the city of Mexico, where prices are currently in the $3.60 range. Thus the link.

To follow-up Scrapheap's excellent response, for the benefit of others who may not be familiar with out of area Gas Buddy websites, any member can log onto any state or metro area Gas Buddy website to post gas prices for that area, or to take part in their local discussion category. One user name and password, as he said, works for all the Gas Buddy websites.

Log into the state site where ever you are. Your current username and password will work.
You could also just pull up the map, zoom to where ever you are and report the prices from the map. You might have to change the time in the lower right hand corner of the map to Show All Stations.
